Senior Consultant Financial Services (m/f)

Your tasks

As a senior consultant, your most challenging task is performing project work with our customers. They expect from you and all of us the thorough analysis of complex situations and implementable concepts. Depending on your task description you will work in small or medium sized teams in which you will also take a leading role.
In addition, you will support management in the acquisition of new contracts and in capturing future areas of business.

Your profile

You suit us if you have a thorough theoretical education and at least five years of experience. This should have been gained in a credit institute or in a consultancy company. We expect from you good general knowledge of the banking business. You know all essential processes and dependencies and have a good overview over current market trends. You are considered an expert in at least one of the principal subjects in our Financial Services area. In addition, you have good system knowledge of software products used in this sector.

You are familiar with procedures used in project controlling and management. MS-Office applications belong to the tools you use daily.

Excellent manners and fair teamwork are taken as granted.

Your on-site assignment at our customers’ premises requires regular traveling and a high degree of ability to work under pressure. To compensate for this we offer individual working practices in projects, such as a four-day project week. Apart from the multifaceted and demanding tasks performed with our customers, we encourage employees to actively influence and shape the development of our company.
